If you are already as low as 13 percent you shouldn't have a problem going even lower!. It is like momentum, but it still takes determination and dicipline!. I do strength training 3 times a week, then interval training 3 times a week!. If you don't know what interval training is you must google it because it is a very important part of burning fat!. Also remember to intake plenty of protein in place of unhealthy fats, sugars, and bad carbs!. Here is a wholesome five priority approach guaranteed to work!.

1) Eat no more high sugar, high fat, high sodium foods like junk food, soda, candy, processed food, fast food, etc!.
2) Eat lots of veggies and fruit!.
3) Drink lots of water!.
4) Exercise 30+ minutes at least 3 times/week!. You don't have to be killing yourself, but make sure you are breathing hard!.

Eat all foods, high in protein, low in fat!. Tuna fish, boiled chicken breast, lowfat cottage chease!. stick to 2000 calories a day!. eat oatmeal lift weights 3x a day per week, run and swim the rest of the week!. eat pleanty of veggies and drink alot of water!. don't drink milk!. cut out all butters and cooking oils out of your diet!. eat very lean food, and only have carbs right before workouts (so you just burn them instead of storing) and do LOTS of cardio workouts like running and swimming and on the rowing machine etc!.!.!.!. 30-45 mins a day!. you'll become lean quickly that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
