Pageant coming up in 3 months. Please read?

I am 15 and about 5'6 and in shape. I have an indoor pool and go swimming about 3 days a week. I do 70 crunches a day, and 20 push ups a day. I eat healthy. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables a day, along with healthy food that has protein, iron, etc.

The pageant is in the beginning of September. My last pageant was almost 5 months ago, so I have eaten junk food here and there, but never gained a significant amount of weight.

I just want to be able to "tone up" again. Will the things I stated before help me do that within 3 months? Should I be doing other things also, or no?

Answers:

Sounds like you are fine the way that you are. I think that you are doing right by eating healthy and doing some form of exercise. I think you should keep doing what you are doing. Eating junk food here and there is not going to hurt you one bit. Just don't get too crazy with it. You will be fine!! Good luck with your pageant!
