Question: I'm trying to lose weight and I have an important question!?!?
I'm 12 years old
I weight 180 and I want to go down to like 150 140
Please give me tips on how to do this and this is my meal plan>>>>

Breakfast when I wake up
Snack at 2:00 p!.m!.
Dinner at 5:00 p!.m!.
Another snack at 7:00 p!.m!.
And I am going to exercise at 2 different hours a day
And when i'm watching tv during the commercials i'm going to do a butt exercise because my butt is big!! LOL!!
Is this a good plan!?!?

It's great that you're trying to lose weight! Good Job!
But I think you need to change your plan a bit!.
Always eat a good breakfast! It's the most important meal of the day, because your body has not eaten for a while!.
Have a lunch!. Pack a good healthy lunch for school!. Your body needs the food after working in school!.
Eat a healthy dinner!.
Cut down on watching TV!. TV doesn't help when you want to lose weight!.
Don't eat a snack before going to bed! Try to keep from eating 3 hours before you go to sleep!. Eating before bed can cause you to gain for weight!.
Do drink LOTS of water!. 8 glasses of water a day!. It not only helps keep you from gaining weight, it also helps clean your bladder and kidney, it helps your stomach, and your heart, and it keeps your skin clean and soft and moisturized
One more thing to help you lose weight!.!.!. Make a schedule for each day!. It will help you keep on track and get to your goal! If you can do it with a friend, the better! You can help keep each other on track and it's more fun losing weight with someone, because you can encourage each other!

for a workable diet
here is what my dietician suggests !. follow a practical diet!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb!. remember potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category, 25 per cent protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit ideally berries, or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday!.

Panner delight - heat a little olive oil!. put cumin seeds if u have!. saute onions!. add 2 tbsp of ketchup!. add chilli powder!. put low-fat cottage cheese cubes!. let it all blend!.


have soupy meals!. put chicken and veg pieces in stock!. let it come to a boil!. 0 fat and power-packed!.

i think it's very hard to tell u what to do but u have to eat loss which u eat now that and your age is so smal about your body and u need make more exirciseWww@Answer-Health@Com

its not important what time you eat your meals and snacks at, whats important is what food your meals consist of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
