the best thing is not to diet because as soon as you do, you mess up your metabolism and it will never be the same again!. meaning that if you lose 10 pounds when you come of your diet you will gain 20!. the best thing to do to get toned is to lessen each meal intake and eat more meals a day (5 small ones)!. along with this exercise 4 times a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

2!.)Diets are for loseing weight!. They can't make you look muscley or give you muscle!.
3!.)For everyone who does this!. Stop asking questions like theres a cool lil trick to loseing weight and to gain muscle!. Instead of asking all those stupid questions that can't be answered!. -Go work out-!. Its not that hard!. I do Navy Seal workouts!. If I can do that!. Than surely you can do a couple pushups and situps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If not protein shakes, lots of seafood and lean meats, vegetables and water!. You'll also need your fair share of carbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
