Advise on slimming.?

I know the majority of people on here dont agree with slimfast but ive been on slimfast for 2 weeks now, and lost 4pounds in the first week, which i thought was a great start! Ive exercised my butt of at the gym and gone on 2 long bike rides. Ive burned of much more calories than i eat. i know the slimfast stuff is very sugary but i only have one shake in the morning, a fruit snack to keep me going and something like grilled chiken n plenty of veggies, and i never ever feel hungry. However in the second week ive not lost anything! Its getting me kinda down, anyone have any ideas as to why ive stopped losing weight??

I am afraid taking ANY substitute is just delaying the inevitable, you will return to normal eating.

Continue the exercise, drink lots of water and remember it is not just about body weight. If you are exercising you are toning and building muscle, this is heavier than fat so you can remain the same weight and yet look slimmer.

Do not give up, eat sensibly, smaller portions and avoid obviously lardy meals, but also do not forget to indulge yourself occassionally otherwise you will feel deprived and go back to scoffing.

Kepp a supply of oranges and fruit to snack on.

Cut down on potatoes, bread, cheese. Keep going, do not give up. And you can avoid expensive gym fees by simply going for a 1 hour brisk walk every day.
