Why do I always give up on my diet exercise plan? How do I stay motivated.!


Question: Why do I always give up on my diet exercise plan!? How do I stay motivated!.
First of all, I only need to lose 5 - 10lb to be completely happy!.
I bought so many exercises workout videos, I would say I have at least 30 of them!. I can only stick to my diet / exercise program for 2 weeks, then I quit!. So I can never lose the last ten stubborn lbs!.
I decided to try this one last time!. Need tips / advices on how to stay motivated!. thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have got to committ to diet and exercise!. I would go to http://www!.livestrong!.com/thedailyplate/!.!.!. up a free account with the daily plate on there!. Use their tools to figure out how many calories you can eat a day and still lose weight!. That site has helped me lose 52lbs since march!. Just by watching what I am eating, and eating whatever I want, as long as I stay at my calorie count!.
As far as exercise!. You have to tell yourself!. If I want to be healthy, look a certain way!., etc!., I have got to get up and exercise!. There is going to be that little voice telling you!.!.!.lay down a little longer, don't get up, but you have to say No, I'm getting up!. Have your workout clothes ready at night so you can just put them on in the morning!. Don't give yourself excuses!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

fasting will definitely allow you to lose weight!. In just 5 days of no eating i lost 8 pounds so two weeks will be double that if not more!. you just have to stay mentally strong if you are going to fast!. an added plus to fasting is that it completely detoxes your system and when you eat again, the tastes are so much sharper!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you stop eating, you'll end up gaining whatever weight you lost, back!.

find a buddy to help!. your mother, best friend, grandmother, neighbor, any one that you can call when you feel the need to eat a sweet and say "help" or drink a big glass of water first Www@Answer-Health@Com
