Question: If I only exercise and don't change the way I eat!?
If I don't change the way I'm eating at all, and start running four days a week for about 45 minutes, will I lose weight!? I also go to cardio kickboxing the other 3 days a week!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't expect to see much change in your body then!. the diet has a much greater overall effect on the endocrine system than does exercise!. the diet that you follow ultimately determines the body composition or the amount of muscle and fat that you have!. many people mistakenly believe that exercise will cancel out an unhealthy diet but that couldn't be further from the truth!. remember you are what you eatWww@Answer-Health@Com
you will lose weight but not as fast and much as if you changed your diet!.
