Help about my fat?

Does anyone know a good way to gain good arm muscle and a good way to lose the fat on my stomach before school starts

this is what i do to burn my fat, i run at least a half mile, and after i do that i walk the same distance. i also tend to do squats and lay on my back, legs lifted, and make a movement like i am pedling a bike. It works for me (i dont diet, so its not like i dont have fat, i just burn it before it shows.)
I recently started a new excersize on my arm muscles and it works great. First you elevate you feet, on maybe a couch, and begin doing push ups with your hand on the floor, You can also take a weight in each hand and lift them above your head and slowly bring them down (20) lift arms straight in front of you and slowly bring them to your chest (20) stick arms straight down, palm out, and bend arms slowly up (40) stick arms straight out to the side slowly lift them straight up, and bring them halfway down (15) stick arms straight down, palm in, and slowly lift them up to your chest.
hope i could be of some assistance to you (i dont know if you care but doing about 100 squats builds a great @$$)
