I need a workout routine. (ectomorph)!


Question: I need a workout routine!. (ectomorph)
I'm an ectomorph (person that has a hard time gaining weight) This means I need a workout with low reps (no more than eight) and lower sets!. Think of it as purely power lifting!. It's the only way I can gain weight!.
I've been working out for a year and a half and I've gained 20lbs in muscle!. But I need a new routine, mine is getting old!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
