I am the exact same height as you and I use to weight 122 a couple months ago!. I wasn't happy with my stomach so and I wanted to be learner so I started living a healthier lifestyle and excersizing!. I love my body alot more now but in no way was I overweight and neither are you :)!. You don't need to lose weight and depending on your body type you could already be fit, I just know I wanted to be leaner!. A person our height in a heatlhy range is from 108-144 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
