Question: How much weight can a teenage girl lose in just over a month by eating this
Bfast: Dry cereal
Lunch: Piece of low fat cheese and some fruit
Dinner: Few mouthfuls of whatever family has and some salad

Plus a short walk or run each day


Im 17 5'5 118-120lbs
Im going on a beach holiday next month
just tried on my bikini and I have cellulite on the backs of my legs and an untoned tummy

I'm the same age as you, and based on my experience, I think it would be better for you to work out instead, as losing weight doesn't get you toned, it just gets you slimmer!. You may not weigh less because you'll have put on some muscle, but you'll look and feel healthier!.

You're already a healthy weight so you should do a balanced routine of weights (or even yoga, sit ups, pilates, something to tone up) and cardiovascular exercises while maintaining a healthy diet that contains all your required nutrients and still has the necessary calories to sustain you!.

Really, what you have planned won't sustain you and isn't good for you in the long run!. Getting yourself fit is much better than getting yourself skinny, especially since your probably still growing!.

It's a little more work, but it's well worth it!. You'll feel better overall, now, and later on too, if you maintain it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would higher recommend you not to carry on like this for a month!.!.if you want to tone your legs, just exercise,,,fad diet never works, and after a month, you will gain all the fat back!.!.your body will go into starvation mode!.!.!.i suggest you stick to whatever you are eating as normal person,,but increase your leg exercise,, it's a lot more faster and healthierWww@Answer-Health@Com

The short answers is that losing the weight is not going to give you a toned body!. To achieve this you need to work on exercising/sit ups/squats etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
