I NEED HELP gaining weight?

can someone tell me how i can gain 15 pounds in a month i am a girl and i reallyyyy need to.... what is the quikest way i eat 4000 cal right now and i am gaining slowly.

Start doing really good exersizes!!!! Build muscle, muscle weighs more than fat, and its healthier. Here are some really good ways to avoid loosing weight, and gaining it.

(using arm weights) Lift arms above your head and slowly bring them back down to the shoulder. (20 reps)
stick arms straight out in front of you, bring them into the chest slowly (35)
stick arms straight down, palms out, and curl them (50)
stick arms straight out to the side, life them in the air, and bring them down about half way (20)
lift feet onto a surface, couch, chair, etc, make sure palms are flat on the floor, do 20 pushups

lay on your side and lift both legs and upper body up (10)
lay on back, legs crossed and in the air, sit up (10)
normal situps (10)
lay on back and lift both legs up in the air (10)

lay on back and lit only one leg at a time in the air (20 each)
lay on side and life leg up and slowly bring it down (20) do on both sides
lay on side and slowly rotate leg around, never touching it to the ground (30)
lay on side and slowly draw knee to chest, making sure leg is lifted slightly (50)

make sure never to run, do not over do the excersizes on your back, sit on the couch or computer for as long as possilbe, eat tons of junk food.
