Pull,press and sit ups?

can i do thre 3 above every day with 1 days rest once a week and expect to build muscle.


Answers:

you muscles do all of their building between workouts. Therefore you should rest a muscle group for a day after EVERY workout. If you do this you should see better results than you would if you did not rest. Other than that I see no reason why you would not see results.
