Question: Whats a good routine to work the chest like boob area, except push ups etc!.
Answers:
Do a search online for chest exercises!. I use hand weights and lying on my back with arms out to the side, raise and lower my arms to work my chest!. You can also do that standing!.!.!.!.raise arms and hold them out to the side, then bring them together in front of you crossing at about chest level!.

well push up are the best specially with those little push up bars but if you don't want push ups then do the three bench decline flat and incline oh yeah and my favourite the fly machineWww@Answer-Health@Com

The best exercises for overall chest mass are easily the bench press (barbell or dumbbell) and weighted dips!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
