I need to lose fat fast!


Question: I need to lose fat fast
i want to do some sports next year and i want to get in shape!.

im not fat, im 15, 5 foot 9 inches, and i weigh 140-150!.

i have a fat on my hips (love handles) my stomach is a little fat, my thighs are a little fat & i have a little bit of fat in my chest

i just want to know how i can get rid of it!.!.!.!.

eat a lot of lean protein as it will help build muscle mass!.!.!.strength training for the problem areas but cardio for preparing for the sports!. find a good balance, start with 20 minute walk and stretch for warm up then strength train and finish with a nice stretch for cool down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At your age you should have your doctor who knows your medical history work out a diet for you or at least refer you to a nutritionist!. Here's a link for some free fat loss tips, but you really should have your doc work with you as your body is still growing and you want to play sports!.
