How can I lose some inches off my thighs?

I'm 11 and my thighs are 20 inches right now. The normal size is 13 - 16 inches. I gained 5 inches in 2 wks! I need to lose some inches without buying any equipment.

Answers:

Leg excercises always work for me. Try lying down on your side and do at least 30-50 leg lifts a day. It also helps tone your butt and abs. Switch sides and repeat the excercise. You should see results between 6-8 weeks. Good luck
