How did I do today eating?!
Question: How did I do today eating!?
Hey there, I am not trying to lose weight, just maintain and tone!. I am 5'4 and 130 pounds!.
Here is what I ate today!. Let me know what you think!
Bfast: Wheaties-300 cals
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwhich 1 tblsp and half a banana on whole wheat bread and a plum
Snacks: 70 cal yogurt and rice cake
Dinner: Salad and some rice and chicken with this sauce It was about 400 cals in all
About in all today I ate 1250 cals!.!.Is that enough!? I usually don't count but today I decided to see how much I actually ate!.
For exerise I ran 2 miles, did around 50 crunches and 15 push ups!.
Again, I'm not wanting to lose weight, just tone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!.!. About 2 years ago i did that!. I have maintained a 20 pound weight loss!. I understand you just want to tone, and what your doing will help you accomplish that!. Just try to eat alot of protein!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well i think you did pretty well!. I don't know too much about nutrition for females, but for a guy, that would actually not be enough calories for a day!. For your weight though, its fine!. There are websites where you enter your physical info and they tell you how many calories you should have in a day, also based on how much you exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
accualy diet or no diet i had experts and they said it isnt bout eating it is bout moving if you move alot that way you wouldnt know but your body would stay energized and your lungs and heart would work better !also if you got the weight you wanted doesnt mean no more exercise you should run for 1 hour 3 days a week to keep up
