Answers:
I've always heard to workout in the morning if you're trying to lose weight!. That way your metabolic engine is running all day!. Eat something high in protein before working out, for breakfast, eat 5 to 7 smalls meals a day, and drink lots of water!. And take your multi-vitamins!.!.!.!.that is if you're trying to lose weight!. Cardio 3/4 times a week, slower and longer is better than faster and shorter!. Ultimate goal, burn calories and create a calorie deficit, therefore lose weight, again, if that's the goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It wont matter what time you do exercise!. Just get moving girl! I been exercising for 5 years I do it in the morning (it's speed up your metabolism for the rest of the day and you burn calories faster)!. All you need is 30 min!. of cardio and a little weigh training 3 times a week but if you need to loose weigh do 5 days a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually go with my work-out buddy (my sister) because i like to work out and she motivates me to go more often!.

I usually go to the gym in the morning for about 1 hour!.

But it depends on how you feel!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
