I recently loss alot of weight ( was 125 now 110). I was not trying but i am hap!


Question: I recently loss alot of weight ( was 125 now 110)!. I was not trying but i am happy about it!.
I have begin to eat healthy and exercise!. How do i deal with rude comments from people (" YOU LOST SOOO MUCH WEIGHT ARE YOU OKAY!?!?) "GOSH YOU ARE SO SKINNY" some people would love the compliments but i do not think it is polite to comment on anyones weight big or small!. Any suggestions on what i can reply with!. I am beginning to think i have lost too much weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Leave it simply as that!. If they continue on, then they're obsessing for no reason at all, and they look like a random jerk!.

well, depending on how old you are!. if you're 13, then i think it is a little under weight to be 110!. but if you're 14-17, then that's waaay too much weight to lose!.
i think you may want to gain a pound or two, and that'll be good!.

as for the comments, just say something like "thanks" or "yeah, i started exercising" and leave it at that!. you can't really say "don't say that, that's rude" because they might not see it that way!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you can do is tell the person that your doctor suggested your ideal weight and that is where you are going to stay!.

(I had exactly the same thing happen!. Don't let it get to you, OK!? If your body is "happy" at that weight, then you won't gain that 15 pounds back!.) Www@Answer-Health@Com
