Question: If I ride my exercise bike 20 minutes a day (about 6 miles) will it help loose fat of off thighs!?
and if so how long before I see results!. And what else will help with toning up my thighs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise on the exercise bike is a good cardio exercise that helps you burn off fat from all over your body (which includes fat from your thighs too)!.

You should throw in a thigh stengthening exercise routine to strengthen and firm up your thighs so that when the fat's there is removed, your thigh muscle (which is in tight and firm shape), will show!.

Do the bike exercise 3-4 times per week for at least 30 mins per session and the thigh routine also 3-4 times per week for 10-15 mins per session!.

You cannot spot reduce fat, I'm sorry!. Will it help you lose weight!? If you burn more calories than you consume!. Will weight come from your thighs!? Its possible!. It'll also help strengthen and build muscle in your thighs!.!.!. helping to burn more calories (although, probably not too much of a significance with just cycling)!.

I would recommend doing other exercises (ie: running/jogging/sprinting) along with weight lifting!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you shouldn't only do bikes!. maybe do some squats and lunges!.
i asked a question about how to work my thingh as well and someone wrote to me saying that you should place ur feet shoulder-width apart and have ur toes pointed outwards instead of forwards!. this works ur inner thighs!. also, you can add ankle weights and lift ur legs a few times!. try running too; maybe 10-15 mins- get some cardio in!.
you can look around the internet for some leg exercises!.

Of course it will!. And just so your body doesn't get use to that routine, ride a little long like say 30 mins or 40 mins!. Runnning and swimming are excellent ways to shed the weight off the thighs!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

your legs in general, depends on your body type!.!.!.but if you just want to tone the thighs you should just focus on them by doing exercises strictly for thighsWww@Answer-Health@Com
