i would suggest you run for about 20-25 min, then when you get home, id run up and down the stairs for about 15 min!.!. after you get your 30-40 min of cardio done, i'd go onto youtube!.com and type in 8 min abs, 8 min arms, and 8 min legs and do those exercise routines!.!. its really effective if you do it four or five times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
run on the treadmill if you have one or run a few sprints in your backyard you should definitely do half cardio and about half of your workout strengthening or some sort of weight lifting!. These excersices could include pushups and situps this routine would be extremely effective for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
push ups, sit ups, squats, calfe raises (by standing on a step)
