Question: Is It Healthy To Eat After 6:00 pm!?
Im 15 and i want to lose weight!. (i weigh 126 pounds have fat on thieghs, butt, and belly) I've seen people @ school before being anarexic and i thought about it but!.!.!.!.i dont know!.!.!.!.!.I asked my parents about weight loss and they said eat healthier and excersize, no pills, no diets!.!.!.!.!.Ok so i want to get skinner which brings me to my queston!.!.!.!.is it healthy to eat after 6!? and if not I have a plate of fruits (watermelon,grapes,strawberries) around 10 every night (just a habit) so if it isnt healthy, do i have to stop eating fruit after six too!? please help!.!.!.!. First let me say that using the treadmill is a great start!.Here's the fact about when you sleep,when you do sleep your body slows down entirely so eating right after you sleep will slow down how much calories,fat and sugar you burn(Bad move)!.Make sure you eat 3 hours before you go to bed and that doesn't mean pig out until you can't breath so then your okay for the whole night !.With your habit there try and stop it or AT LEAST cut back the fruits!.

Just IMO I don't think eating fruits after 6pm is bad!. I know some people say don't eat anything after 7pm if you want to lose weight!. I think, b/c some people don't get to eat their dinner sometimes til after 7pm, that if you end up eating after 7pm then pay more attention to what your putting into your mouth!. I figure that as long as its something healthy and not a bowl of ice cream at 9pm then where is the harm!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating fruit at that time is completely healthy (:
just stay away from chips, ice creams, sodas, pizzas and fried foods!.
also, to tone your legs do lunges and squats twice a day, and continue eating healthy and exercising!

It depends with each person!.

Some of us have faster metabolisms, so we can get get on just fine by eating as late as 8-9pm

Others of us don't have it so easy!.

My mom is in her mid fifties!. She tells me she lost several pounds over a few months after she started eating at 5pm and took out certain cooking oils from what she cooks!. On top of that, most of what she cooks doesn't have a lot of meat!. So yes, I believe when you eat in tandem with what you eat matters!. Your body's activity level may not be so high in the evening so your body may actually store rather than consume all the calories gained!.

On a side note, I've heard girls mention that eating a banana not long before you sleep can bring trouble!.
