Am I doing enough to lose weight?!

Question: Am I doing enough to lose weight!?
OK so I am on a weight loss journey!. I would like to lose 50 lbs by Feb '09!. So my plan is to do my elliptical machine every morning for 30 mins, and also do speed walking for 30 mins on my lunch break at work!. I do my free hand weights, squats, and crunches every other day!. I try to eat healthy although I suck at counting calories since most of the food I eat is homemade so today I had:
Breakfast-2 eggs whites with lowfat cheese and a slice of whole wheat toast with peanut butter
Lunch-a bowl of tomato soup
Dinner-chicken breasts with brown rice and some mixed veggies (carrotes, sugarsnap peas, edamames, and black beans)

My snacks were: A handful of unsalted cashews and an apple!.

Am I doing enough!? Will I lose the weight if I continue this!??Www@Answer-Health@Com

Other than exercise, you need to also eat right for your body type, otherwise, you will find that even when you are drinking water only, you are still putting on weight!
