Question:

My exerscise and diet plan, is it good?

Breakfast: Slim fast Shake, Green Tea, Bottle of Water

Lunch: Slimfast Shake, Mixed Veggies, Celery, Green Tea, Water

Dinner: Grilled Chicken, Mixed Veggies, Sweet Potato, Celery, Water, Green Tea

Exercise: 1 hour of Elliptical

I also take a multivitamin!

recent studies have shown that a multi-vitamin does nothing >_>...
absolutely nothing...
also 2fruit 5vegies...
make sure you get vitamin B12 from eggs and dairy or elsewhere...
eat often but not a lot so you body always has a food supply and it'll burn it, like 3small-ish meals and 2 or 3 snacks...
sleep 5+ hours a night preferably 7, people who sleep less than this tend to gain weight even if they eat less...
excercise 2 to 3 times a week, get your heart rate up atleast once...
eat vegies that have a green or yellow colour for lutine(sp?) for your eyes (it's fat soluable so use vegetable oil which is healthier than animal fats and it's the types of oils you body needs)...
um yeah...
don't go vegan you'll miss out on vitamin B12... don't go carnivorious you'll get high colesterol from animal fats...
your diet look like a crazy way to lose weight threw starvation and I don't think it'll last...
so yeah ^_^ be sane... be healthy...
for god's (or anything else's) sake be happy!...
and um... yeah ^_^
