Question: ALL WHO LOST A LARGE AMOUNT OF WEIGHT AND KEPT IT OFF
I need to loose about 100 lbs!. now, but I just can't seem to stick with it!. I'm so frustrated!. I feel like I've been trying my whole life and as the years go by (age:27 now) I keep putting more weight on!. What was your biggest motivation!? What was the one thing that that you thought about everyday and that helped you loose the weight and keep it off!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost a large amount of weight and kept it off!. I constantly envisioned myself and my life once I lost the weight!. I imagined how I would be happier, more attractive and healthier once I lost the weight!.

I also made a point to tell people who I like and trust both at home and at work that I wanted to lose weight and to try to keep me accountable!. The support proved valuable!. I'd weight myself frequently and keep my supporters updated on my progress!.

After I started to see results I began to cherish the feeling of eating less and being more active!. When I went to bed hungry I knew that I was making progress!. A lot of people will tell you that you shouldn't be hungry, but I've found that you simply are hungry sometimes and need to get past it!.

Remember, it took a long time to gain the weight and to train yourself to eat the way you do It takes a long time to establish positive habits too!. You mush find joy in the process and cherish each milestone - for me it was each five pound mark!.

There was this girl in my class that I wanted to impress, I had known her for quite awhile!. I started eating healthy, and going to the gym for more confidence and whatnot, I was motivated!. That, and I hated looking myself in the mirror!. Also, I'm very afraid of death, and at night i would sometimes think of that If I kept on eating so much, and gaining weight, I would probably die early!.

At first I thought eating healthy was disgusting, but after about a week of salads, and other healthy foods!.!. I got used to it!. I actually like salads now!. And if going to the gym bore's you, bring an ipod with your favorite songs if you happen, and start running the treadmill or the bike or the climber or something!. Any frustration will lead to a breakthrough and a willingness to change!. You need to stick with a routine that you will commit to!. Also you need to continue to visualize yourself being the person you want to be leading the life you want and keep telling yourself that is who you are and life you are living !.!.!.this may sound silly but it actually works!.
Also I came across something that never thought would be a major cause to becoming fat and that is the parasites and toxins in our body!. People have lost large amounts of weight by focusing on getting rid of these instead of the so called diets that are out there at the moment!. Anyway anything is worth a try to become the person we dream about!.

eat a fermented food with every meal, such as yogut, or vinegar, eat as much organic food as you can, organic meat, eggs, and milk is the most important!.

eat protien for breakfest, no cereal, or oatmeal, or panckaes! Eat a fruit/vegtabe with every meal!.

cut out all processed foods, grains, and porcessed sugar from your diet!.

cut back portions in your meals, don't starve yourself!.

drink lots of water, you should be peeing once every 1 or 2 hours!.

don't skip breakfast!.

walk two miles every morning, run atleast a bit every day!.

lift weights while you watch TV, muscle eats fat!.

Don't cut fat out of your diet, fat is essensial for your body, just don't go overboard!. stay away from man-made fats! Stay away from fast food, only eat out if you have to!.

NO DIET SODA!!!

Don't trust your doctors word, doctors are educated in medicin, not nutrituon! find a holistic doctor with a degree in nutition, and get your blood tested to see what you need to change in your diet!.

You have to want to loose weight, you can't do it for any other reason
My suggestion is that you hire a great trainer for at least 2 to 6 months to get motivated!.
I used to go tan first then hit the gym for about an hour but I had a trainer who would make me feel guilty if I didn't show or if I was late etc!. He put me on a great program and I lost about 40 lbs and I ate mostly sandwiches but healthy ~ whole grain high fiber bread, all natural meat (healthy choice at the time) w/ a fat free cheese, tomatoes, pickles and a light ranch very light, I would eat grapes
The last time I lost some weight I did it by eating egg whites, absolutely no carbs unless I had a alcohol beverage and again sandwiches but this time since I am older I took the bread off and I eat the sandwiches from the 7-11 because they are very feeling
No snacks
I heard something that is awesome
Eat like a Queen for Breakfast
a Princess for Lunch and a Pauper for Dinner

My wife lost 100 pounds in a year!. It was hell for her, she had people from the family critising her diet, but she stuck with it, it was hard
she cut out all red meat, white flour, sugar and processed foods!.
And I watched in amazement as the weight just melted away!.
It also cured her artheritis, as a side bennefit!.

realize that it's not easy!. you have to do the tough stuff like counting calories, working out, and turning down sweets and junk food!.

Then you have to keep it up!.

You also have to have a realistic goal!. Too many people get discouraged if they haven't lost 20 lbs in the first month!.

Keep at it hard every day, but realize that it will take you about twice as long to take it off!.!.!. as it did to put it on!.

get sick, i lost like 35 pounds, lol!. but i wasnt fat!. i was like 210 but fit at 5"11, i had some medical issues and i got downs to 175, im currently at that weight for the past 3 years, what you got to do is stay active, take up a sport, and watch what you eat, i go to the gym and play basketball alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

honestly my motivation was getting rid of my man boobs, i was always made fun of and stuff for them and it pushed me over the edge!.!.!.i ended up loseing 100 pounds, and im now clinically underweight actually!. the doctor said im supposed to gain weight but im to afraid to because i know what its like to be fat!.

jdm, r u sure u determine to loose weight!? ok, here is the answer!. forget cakes, chocs, icecreams,drinks, and also roasted and grilled food!. take less food!.take a lot of water!. do some excercise everyday, twice!.u will start loosing weight within a week!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK i havent lost my lbs yet but im on it!. im 27 male also with 186lbs obese but i am doing jogging everyday now in park coz i dnt like closed door gyms!.!. i like fresh air and yeah i really love to eat but i just now eat for lunch a meal with rice and chicken and then dinner is veggies like tomatoes etc and lots of water water and NO SODA thats the key to lose weight!. Heading for army bootcamp though so i have to lose weight!.

Ps!. The video i posted here has awesome sounds Black Betty and i recorded it to my mp3 and i listen to it when i jog and it makes my adrenalin rush and makes me run like an animal lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

sup man! im 17 right now and all my life, ive always been on the big side!.!.!. i finally decided to do something with myself a year and a half ago!.

i was 295, i was even THINKING about hitting the 300 mark, just for bragging rights but i didnt!. i got myself a girlfriend, and pretty much all you need is some motivation from her, and you got it!. thats how i did it!. every day i would eat a total of 1800 calories - 2000!. and i would run around the block twice every single night, then come home and do 20-30 sit ups and pushups and take a shower, and go to bed!. i always ran at night cuz of embarrassment, and cuz showers feel amazing afer that run and exercise!. i stopped the running a while ago, but if you do exactly that everyday for the next 4 months, ull lose a **** load of weight, and u will be happy!. i did it :D

make sure u write dwn every sinlge little thing u eat no matter what it is!. so that u can keep track of how many calories it is that u in take daily!.!. even if its a piece of gum, it adds up!.

OH BY THE WAY ive been 225-235 for the past like 6 months and been maintainig!. losing more soon too!. just gotta let my broken hand heal!.

i was like 250-280 since i was like 14-16, and i feel so great now!.


also the more compliments you get from ur results, which will show day by day, the more confidence and motivaqtion u get daily!. people WILL notice and WLL tell u!.
