How can i lose around 55 pounds in three months?!


Question: How can i lose around 55 pounds in three months!?
with back to school coming soon and stuff i really want to lose weight because im around 194 pounds and i want to be around 135 by october!. i have been exercising and watching what i eat pretty much since august started, but ive only lost around 5 pounds!. i was wondering if there was anything specific anyone could tell me to do to help me lose it quicker!. thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just keep exercising and watching what you eat and it will keep coming off!.!. Don't try any crazy diets or pills because as soon as you stop you will gain double the weight back!.!. Everyone i know has done this they think ok I'm skinny now i can eat whatever i want!.!. and its not true!.!. The slower you lose it the more likely you are to keep it off!.!. I'm sure that's not the answer you want to hear but keep doing what your doing!.!. Losing 5lbs in 11 days is amazing! another 11 days and it could be 10lbs! And the fact that your also exercising is awesome too and maybe because muscle weighs more than fat you might have actually lost more than you think! Find out what your BMR is, and then eat 500 calories less than that!. Either by exercising or eating less!.

For example, my BMR is 1300!. So, I try to eat 1000 calories and exercise everyday, burning about 200 or more calories!. That way, my net total is 500 calories less than my BMR!. I lose anywhere from 1-4 pounds a week!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
