Why do I gain weight so easily?!


Question: Why do I gain weight so easily!?
I am 5'2 and 11 years old, and my scale (I actually think it might be broken) says that I'm 114!.5 pounds!. Though, I'm very thin!. I have a little baby fat, though!.

My legs and thighs are REALLY toned, and my thighs are rock hard muscle and very puffy!. Could that be some of my extra weight!?

I gain weight so easilly!. Once I went the whole day eating great!. but at the end of the day, I had ONE brownie, and I gained almost two and a half pounds!.

I either loose weight, or I say the same!. (If its a day that I barely eat)

One day, I ate a banana for breakfast, a PB and J sandwich for lunch, some grapes for a snack, and the usaull large meal for dinner!. And I gained almost 2 pounds!.

I just can't seem to loose weight, no matter what I do!. And every single day I either just gain weight, no matter WHAT, how much or how little I eat, or I just stay the same!.

(I have to mention that I barely get ANY exercise at ALL during the day!.!.!. The most I get is either walking outside and playing with my cats, or walking back and fourth from my room to the kitchen and back!.)

Whats wrong!? Why Do I gain weight so easilly!? What weight SHOULD I be!? What can I do that will make me loose weight easier, faster, and BEFORE school starts !?

Oh Babe!! <3 Hun i know how you feel i felt the same when i was your age oh hun im so sorry! Okay when you weight yourslef always weigh yourself in the morning after you have gone to the bathroom and with nothing on and if you have an electric scale weight yourself 3 times to avrage oout the weight to see if it is broken!. Try not to eat carbs (bread noodles patatoes) and try not to have big dinneres try to have big breakfasts and little diners! ^_^ Maybe like 110 should be awesome! :) And like you said you stil have babyfat so dont expect to be perfect sweetie! But be sure to exersise more! Walk run maybe join a sport! ^_^ But dont weigh yourself everyday! Not good hun trust me maybe evey 3 days at the MOST

it's water weight hun,
you should weigh yourself once a week
not every day,
because you're body is changing
and the amount of water that's developing
just exercise if you want to lose
and eat healthily
you think you're gaining weight
but you're not
I'm 120 in the morning and 123 by the end
most days
and yes I don't practice what I preach in the beggining

As the day progresses you gain weight!. You are probably over reacting!.

Say you are 114 lbs at about 3:00Pm , you eat your brownie and you are 117 @ 9PM!. Chances are the weight gain is just from the day progression!. Chances are the next day in the morning you are around 113lbs again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your skinny get over it 114 punds is nothing, get a life, the weight of the food makes you gain weight until you have digested!.so relax and just enjoy your life!. your only 11 dont worry!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay first of all you're not fat and you need to STOP weighing yourself so often!! Your weight will go up and down alot that is normal!. Nothing is WRONG with you you're perfectly normal!. You're very young sweety just enjoy your life!. You should however try to get some type of physical activity into your day somehow even just walking!.!.!. and eat more fruits and veggies!! Every night people lose weight about a pound or two because their body continues to use energy and loses water through sweat and respiration and since they're asleep they can't replenish that weight lost right away!. Now what be going on is that you're weighing yourself at morning, possibly before you've eaten and thus seeing that you've lost 2 pounds!. Then after a full day once your body has replenished itself, you weigh yourself agian and you've apparently put on 2 pounds!. Do you see how this works!?

Also I don't think someone of your age needs to worry about their weight!. You're not overweight and any weight you do gain above the weight from replenishing your body is both inevitable and necessary because you're still growing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
