Question: How can i get my tummy flat!?!.!.
OKAY IM NOT FAT AT ALL I WEIGH ABOUT 125 BUT I SO WANT TO GET MY TUMMY FLAT BECAUSE NOW WHEN I SIT THERES A ROLL AND I DONT WANT THAT!.!.IS THERE ANYTHING THAT WOULD REALLY WORK ASAP!?!?PLEASE HELP!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are easy exercises that will flatten your stomach!.
Lay flat on your back for all of these!.
1!. Pull your right knee as far back as you can towards your chest, then extend it straight out and hold your heel about an inch off the ground!. Hold it for 10 seconds, then lay it down flat!. Then do your left!. Repeat 10 times!.
2!. Keeping both feet extended, heels touching, raise your legs slowly up into the air and try to get as close to the ground behind your head as possible!. Slowly return your feet!. Repeat 10 times!.
3!. Bend your knees and keep your feet flat on the ground!. Cross your arms across your chest and pull your body up to your knees!. Repeat 20 times!.

Do these exercises 5 times a week (2 days of rest each week), drink LOTS of water (helps break down fat), and avoid large meals and you will get a flatter stomach within 6 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
