I need to lose about 10pounds in four weeks..?

i seriously need some nutritional dietries i can go by. and other things i can do to help with this. via-exercising rutiens or something??


Answers:

10 pounds in four weeks is very doable. Count your calories, limit yourself to 1200 calories a day, and one hour every single day of some sort of exercise will support your efforts.
I like walking myself, I have gradually increased my walking to five miles a day, and I love it.
As for calories, you can get lists of calorie content of assorted foods by searching the web, here is a site to get you started:
