Answers:
It is important to get lots of energy for a big game!. Pasta is great the night Before the game, Not the night of the game, pasta has lots of glucose which is sugar but, it takes time to break down that sugar so if you eat it at the right time it will give your body a needed boost and won't make you heavy and slow!. Bananas and things with natural sugar are great when your on the field or getting ready because the sugars are already in their most simple form and are faster to break down for the body (not to mention they won't make your body crash like straight sugar)Www@Answer-Health@Com

before i go to play a football match every sunday i have a bowel of pasta and alot of water (like 1 litre)!.
The pasta is packed with carbohydrate which is released as energy gradually throughout the match so i always have a constant supply of energy during the match!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How about a small plate of pasta!. That has carbs which will help you hav more energy!. A good small plate would be a Lean Cuisine or you could make your own, whatever is fine!.
Have a glass of milk or a glass of juice and a banana and there you go! Oh and drink lots of water
Good luck and I hope you make the team!Www@Answer-Health@Com
