Soup diets are not good unless you make it at home by yourself and they are broth ZERO salt and veggies w/ chicken
Other broth soups are full of sodium which is salt which makes you fat
Master Cleanse is great but you have to use the Grade B syrup not the kind you put on your waffles and you can use limes not lemons if you prefer and try to use organic ceyenne pepper as well as a good filtered water
I lost weight just not snacking and not having carbs so like if I get a breakfast burrito then I bite the top off and eat that but then I use a fork eat out the middle throw the rest to the birds
A sandwich I either don't eat the bread at all or I will throw the top part off and only eat the bottom portion ~ holding it on both sides
no pasta, steak type meats only once a week the rest is chicken, pork-grilled or boiled only and your least favorite fish
if you eat an apple in the late afternoon early evening you won't be that hungry later in the evening
Eat like a King for breakfast (or a queen)
Eat like a Prince for Lunch (or a princess)

one is supposed to eat 900 gms of veggies a day for great skin and bod,!. so if you dont like salad, juice them and gulp it down

Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb!. have a protein shake if you like too!. remember potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category, 25 per cent protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit ideally berries, or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday!.

Panner delight - heat a little olive oil!. put cumin seeds if u have!. saute onions!. add 2 tbsp of ketchup!. add chilli powder!. put low-fat cottage cheese cubes!. let it all blend!.
have soupy meals!. put chicken and veg pieces in stock!. let it come to a boil!. 0 fat and power-packed!.
