How to get back in shape for school?!


Question: How to get back in shape for school!?
Ok so I got a little lazy over the summer!.!.!.something I swore I wouldn't but what's done is done!. Anyways any tips on how to get back in shape!? Like healthy foods to eat, maybe a good workout!? Any help is appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What i did, was i cut out all sugars and fattening things!. I used to eat these often enough to gain a few lbs!. But now that i only eat them in moderation, i don't gain back as much as i used to!. Also it makes a good motivation!.
I also cut out all soda's, an donly drink water and tea and milk and juices and that!.
Protions are something to watch too!. I used to eat HEEUGE portions, because my dad's a firefighter, and since i spend half my time with him, it kida grew on me!. I cut the portios in half, and save the rest for later if i can!. Eating 4-5 small meals a day is also better than eating 3 big ones!.

If you have a bike you can go bike riding every morning, after noon, and evening!.(Or if you rather not ride a bike take a few jogs during the day) It's good to drink a lot of water also!. Also have some fruits ( to much fruit is bad so maybe about four servings a day of fruit) but eat lots of vegetables!. Also a good work out is riding your bike/jogging!. But you could maybe also do a certian amount of crunches/sit ups in the morning , after noon, and evening!. Hope I could have been of some help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

-in the beginning of my dieting [and i lost alot of weight this way], i only ate 850 calories a day for 7 days!. then the 8th day i ate whatever i was craving!.!. this helps because it speeds your metabolism again to burn alot of calories [when your only gonna be taking in 850 the next day] and its something to look forward to so that you dont quit your diet!. Do this for 2 weeks and i promise you will see results!. But the only problem is after 2 weeks, if you still want to lose more weight, you will have to start a new plan because after 2 weeks, your body adjusts to only burning 850 calories a day!.

-Exercise, believe it or not, is better than cutting down on junk food!. If you go to the gym, be motivated by the person next to you!. The trick i use is like if im on a treadmill and my speed is 3!.7 and the person next to me is 3!.9!.!. i go on 4!.1 !.!.!.!. if the person next to me burned 200 calories and i only burned 150, i try and go soo much faster than them to beat them!.
