Avocado a good source of fuel before an 8 mile run?!
Question: Avocado a good source of fuel before an 8 mile run!?
I do not know why but I can only run on an empty stomach!. Would an avocado be a good source of fuel about 4 hours prior!. The longest I ran was 7!.6 miles, (did not eat)!. I need something not to heavy!. Oh and too many carbs my me tired!. I want to crack 8 miles!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
