the above post is incorrect!. Running is a complete necessity to define your abs!. You can do thousands of cunches a day and still not have defined abs if you do not do cardio in order to burn the fat covering your absWww@Answer-Health@Com
yeah kinda but if you specifically want to define abs then no, do crunches and sit up and such it will be 10 times more effectiveWww@Answer-Health@Com
