What vitamins/herbal supplements (legal) keep you awake when you are tired?!


Question: What vitamins/herbal supplements (legal) keep you awake when you are tired!?
I cannot take more than 1 shot of caffeine and energy drinks just make my body really itchy!.
I'm interested in things like Ginseng, Vitamin B complex are they effective!?
Also any others!?

Answers:
B12 will help the release of energy, same as ginseng!. Don't overdo ginseng though, it thins out your blood!. Pharmaton's very good!. Something to keep in mind if you're gonna take suppliments to keep you awake!. Take them with your breakfast, cause if you take them too late in the day you end up not sleeping well and just get more tired!.

Tea and coffee are good too, boost of sugar and caffein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This all sounds very pedantic and will perpetuate into something much worse!. Just stick to a decent diet!. All in moderation, meat and two veg with a bit of fruit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am afraid you are unlikely to find anything useful among this lot!. Vigorous exercise is about the best stimulant I know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
