Is there any kinda exercise I can do that will help me loose 30 pounds in like 7 weeks???

I really need to know . I also have huge theighs and if you also know a exercise for that to post it .

hey, 30 pounds is a lot to lose in 7 weeks... its obtainable, but you gotta be careful. First things first - change your diet. Cut back on your carbs and sugar. NO SODAS - this accounts for a (no pun intended) butt-load of extra weight you don't need. No breads, no starches (potatoes, etc..), no pasta, and nothing fried!! I would probably cut back on the red meat too. Go with fish and chicken, baked of course, brown rice, and veggies for a dinner. EAT SMALL PORTIONS throughout the day more frequently.... like 5 times a day, an apple once, peanut butter and celery, tuna....

... the secret is to get your metabolism to speed up so you can start cutting weight. drink water with lemons, don't ask me why, but it just helps. don't eat anything after 7pm! eat something light as soon as you wake up to get your body started.

finally --- exercise... but be careful. remember its summertime and its hot outside, but this is a good thing to cut that weight off. walk and/or jog. start off at 30 mins (your body doesn't begin to cut weight until after 20 mins!) gradually increase your time and speed over the weeks. you'll soon begin to feel healthier and better!

don't be discouraged though, it will take your body a few weeks to adjust, as the weight will not come off in the first few weeks, you probably won't even see much of an improvement.
However, at the end of the 3rd week, you should see a decrease in weight as long as you've been sticking to it.

Also - try to build some muscle by doing simple exercises in your house. pushups, situps, leg-lifts... start with 5 maybe, or whatever you can do, and gradually increase. LARGE MUSCLES BURN MORE FAT THAN SMALL ONES.

basically, this should be a good plan to get you started in the right direction. i'm glad you want to shed those pounds, but even more excited you want to live a healthy lifestyle.

if you have friends who want to do the same thing as you, involve them! there's power in having a workout buddy, cause honestly, some days it feels like its just not worth it, but its good motivation to have someone help...
