Question: Is this a good work out schedule!?!?
Monday: (15 lbs) 20 reps for each arm!. 15 reps at the same time!. 30 push ups!. 30 crunches!. and i do was many squats until it burns like hell!. and i do the same things every other day!. How long will i see results and more muscle!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

15 lbs isnt anything!.
Lift heavier weights for lesser repetitions, and it will build bulky muscle!.
And its a really shitty schedule!. Doing Pullups would be 10x better than those curls!. The squats are good, hold weights while you do them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
