Hi There!

I am an 18 year old triathlete and I know what you are feeling!. I'm majoring in athletic training and i have personal training experience!.

For Hamstrings - bending over to touch your toes is a good one and it's simple!. If you cant reach it's okay to slightly bend your knees and then gradually extend you legs during the stretch!. You could also do it sitting down and standing up (resting your leg on an elevated platform)!.

Quads - The typical "ankle to your butt" stretch is good but better if you do it right!. your knees should almost be touching and you should stand straight!.

Abs - if you own an exercise ball, just lay down on it with you feet planted on the floor and bending backwards with your fingertips touching the ground!. If you don't own a ball, stand about 2-3 feet from a wall with your back facing it!. Then, plant your hands on the wall behind you and walk down the wall with them!. It's basically doing a backbend standing up!.

Triceps - holding your elbow up over your head and using your free hand to pull it back is a deep stretch for the triceps!. Alternate between each arm!.

Biceps - holding your arm out in front of you and pulling your hand down with your free hand, making your fingertips point to the ground, is the best way i found to do it!. hanging from a pull- up bar can help too!.

Those are what I use but i also have a mom who is a great and advanced yoga instructor!. If you find a good one i suggest you take at least 1 class a week!. If you can't, these should help if you do each stretch for about 30 seconds to a minute after every workout!.

Hope I helped!
