Question: How to gain muscle weight
How many calories would i have to eat to gain weight!? I'm 5'10 135 i gained a pound but i'm trying to get to 175 and i've been eating between 3000 and 3500 calories a day!. I also lift weights!. It seems like when i eat this much i don't gain weight but when i don't eat this much i loose weight i don't know what to do please help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
