What will happen my large amount of trans fat intake?!

Question: What will happen my large amount of trans fat intake!?
Ok, so i am a 13 year old girl , i weigh 115 pounds at 5'5 , now i ate a lot of pie today, like maybe almost a third(i usually don't eat this much), it is summer vacation and ive noticed that lately ive been seeing a lot of trans fats on my food labels, i ate a lot of it today and who knows how much this summer, i am so scared about dying from all this unhealthiness, i am not obese and my question is what will happen if i continue this!?
is there anyway to reverse wat has happened, like any really good diet that may help( i am very willing to go on one, with all healthy stuff)
if i do go all healthy and stuff will all the trans fats ive eaten gone away or something!?

i would appreciate it all, i have been eating a lot, and im ready for a change is it to late!?

(i am only 13)
thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

A bit of junk food now and then won't hurt you a real lot but the less the better!.

Trans fats are supposed to be the worst fats there are so you are better off without them!.

As long as you try to avoid trans fats as much as possible from now on you will be fine!. Don't worry too much about all the trans fats that you have consumed in the past!. You must focus on what lies ahead!. If you consume a lot of trans fats over a long period then you are asking for trouble (health problems)!. You only got carried away for a very short time so you don't need to worry about that very short time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating that much pie isn't enough to kill you, but in the future, do your best to avoid trans fats!. It's hard to do because so many products contain them, but a lot of them are becoming more health conscious!.
Eating Cheerios for breakfast is proven to lower cholesterol, as are whole grains, leafy greens, fruits, veggies, and fiber filled foods such as beans!.
It's great that you are taking an active interest in your health!Www@Answer-Health@Com

health is not just one thing!. People who are diagnosed with diabetes can have it "go away" even though there is no cure, just through diet and exercise!. Health is a combo of all the behaviors and your build in body that you can't change!. Just work for balance!. Some sweets is fine!. As I do realize that trans fats are damaging (although realize we did not know this until recently, and think of all the people who made it to old age eating donuts in the past), try anti oxidants, like a multivitamin and also many colored fruits and veggies (red, orange, yellow, white, green, purple, especially blueberries)!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
