OMG I NEED HELP WITH PUSH UPS.!


Question: OMG I NEED HELP WITH PUSH UPS!.
Why is it that when I was in like 1st grade I could do like good push ups!.!. But, then now that I'm going to enter 7th grade I cant!?!? Lol I myself think its funny because, everyday at school they make us do push ups!.!. Really the main problem is that I never go all the way down!.!. and I think I weight about 85 pounds!.!. I think I'm pretty light so I should be able to do em but, I can't!?!? Any help/suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

start off with wall pushups!.!. lean slightly into a wallat an angle and do pushups that way!.!. eventually use a counter etc going down until you can get to the floor!.!. stay at each stage until you can do 20-30 pushups then move to the phase (not all at once mind you, just build up to the number each day in each stage until your ready for the next one, as in do wall pushups every day until you are ready to move to the next stage then do that every day etc etc) sorry if its not clear i can edit if you wantWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your muscle mass is different now in proportion to where it was when you were in 1st grade!. Work on your muscles and push ups will become easier of a task!. Push ups in itself should help you with that!. Just keep at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try doing knee push-ups and increase your endurance until you can do normal ones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
