What excercies would you recommend!
Question: What excercies would you recommend
for losing weight around my hips and thighs!.!.!.ive got a small upper body, and a tiny waist and no stomach
also they cant be strenuous as i have heart problems and cant over exert my body, otherwise i would just run!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the exact same body!.!.!. I hate my legs being disproportional with the rest of my body!. I recently had a couple of sessions with a personal trainer at my gym so he could help me out with this!.
Cardio- make sure you are staying in the FAT BURN zone, make sure you measure your heart rate while doing cardio
as for the exercises try
lunges
squats
step ups
leg press
leg extgensions
if you dont know what some of these are check them out on line!.!.!. lunges and squats work miracles, make sure you have at least 10 pound dumbells when doing lunges and for good form with squats use a workout ball against the wall!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would try Pilates!.It tones without being too streneous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
