Motivation for going to the gym?!


Question: Motivation for going to the gym!?
I joined the gym last week, and am having a lot of trouble getting motivated to go!. I originally told myself that I would go 3 days a week- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday!. This is because Monday and Thursday I have taekwondo, and weekends I spend with my husband!. I really want to go around 6 because I don't like to work out in front of a lot of people because I'm very overweight!. I know that I need to loose 100 pounds in about the next 3-4 years for work!. I'm just really having trouble getting the motivation!. Does anyone have any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Think of your improving health, think of what good compliments you'll get! think about looking great for Christmas and parties! But all in all, do it for yourself! =)

Motivation is a personal thing!. One thing may inspire one person , while it does nothing for another!. The thing is, people will only do what they make them self do!. No one trick I have, or anything I say can help you- unless you want to do it for yourself!. So don't think to much into it, and don't wait around for the motivation fairy!. When you think about going to the gym, don't think of anything else, and make no excuses!. Just get up and do it!. It is the only way!.

Also, please forget the other people at the gym, if anyone was to say anything to you for wanting to better yourself, ignore them!. You are doing this for you, not for them!. Please don't be embarrassed or uncomfortable, you have just as much right to be there as they do !. Www@Answer-Health@Com
