Question: Can I anyone tell me if I'm overweight!?
I'm 12 and I weigh 150 pounds!. I recently lost 13 pounds in the last 3 weeks!. I was hoping I could lose another 10 before school starts in 2 weeks!.

According to a kids bmi calculator yes you are overweight!. But this could be due to the fact that you are growing!. I wouldn't try losing weight if I were you just eat right and exercise moderately!. The other user who used the http://www!.nhlbisupport!.com/bmi/ shouldn't have, it is for adults not 12 year olds!. Also bmi isn't always accurate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you are losing wt to fast! It is not good for you and you are only to gain it back again!. You should ask you mom to bring you to your doctor so that you can talk about healthy eating habits and exercise!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
