How can I stay dedicated to a diet/fitness program?!


Question:

How can I stay dedicated to a diet/fitness program?

I know that I need to lose some body fat and eat better.

I do really well for about 1 - 2 weeks, then I get off track again. What can I do to stay motivated and dedicated to my routine?


Answers:

Schedule at least 30 minutes of workout time daily. If you don't ink it in like any other appointment you are more likely to just find other things to fill up your day.

Give yourself some variety. Don't do the same workout day in and day out. Every couple weeks start a new activity/work out. That will challenge your body and keep you interested.

Get a committed partner who has a long attention span.
