Diet, food plan help!


Question: Diet, food plan help
im 16, large as in tall, and around 14 stone, some muscle, but carrying some extra baggage so to speak!. I would like to lose around 2 stone, but in a time limit of 3 weeks : (

for a few days, i tried like eating a pot of salad once aday, but found it really hard, and tbh unhealthy!. So, can anyone please give me a specific food plan( giving the exact foods so i can by them) for each day!. I dont mind about eating the same stuff everyday for 3 days, aslong as it means I lose the 2 stones, and get healthy!!

if i need to exercise, can someone give me like reccomadations to what and for how long!. like starjumps for an hour or something!!
