Answers:
The only reason to not work chest and legs on the same day is that it takes an hour to sufficiently work the chest, and another hour to work the legs!.

That said you can get away will less volume on legs and lift heavier!.

Id do something like this:

barbell Flat bench 3x8, dumbell incline bench 3x8, barbell decline 3x8, incline/flat flys!.

Then for legs, Id start with some light leg extensions and leg curls just to warm up the quads and hams, then go straight into heavy squats!.

When you squat you dont want to stop at parallel, it puts a HUGE amount of stress on your knees to reverse direction from that position!.

I dont usually recommend ATG long term either, it builds strength like no other, but is not a great range of motion!.

Slightly lower than parallel is ideal, it keeps you out of the danger zone for your knees and back, and still allows you to go deep enough to quickly build strength!.

That said I usually squat ATG with heavy weight, but I have very strong legs and lower back so I can get away with it!.

Do 3x10 if your looking for size, 5x5 if your looking for strength!.

Then Id go for leg press 2x10 or 3x8 for more quad work and to warm up the calves,

Then calve raises to finish up, 3x10

The leg press will give you quad isolation, and your hams will get kicked in the face if your squatting like you mean it and going low enough like I told you!.

I dont feel hams isolations are important unless your squat is weak!.

You should be able to finish this in an hour and half, which is not ideal but will work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
