It is good you eat breakfeast!. But your body is like a car thats always runnung ut burns energy constantly even if your not working out!. The nutrients you get form breakfeast will not get you through your day you will burn it quick thats wh we have 3 meals to refuel our bodies!. By doing this you will get sick become malnourished!. Food healthy food builds up your immune system now you are more prone to getting sick it will get harder to fight infections!. Also when your body is deprived of nutrients your body will use the nurtients that it normally uses for your hair skin color and nails it will use itt!. Your hair will become dry skin will become pale and your nales will become hard and yellow!. If you keep this up it can happen!. Most importantly you are slowly you metabolisem down way down!. So when you feel like you have lost wieght and you begin eating like you normally used to you will gain it all back because you metabolisem is not the say is burns slowler so you store more!. Judging from your photo you do not need to lose wieght!. There is such a thing as healthy wieght and underwieght which is not good!. I cant stop you from losing weigth cause you wont listen!. You need to be happy with who you are and thank god that you are slim and not obeast!. If you must lose wieght dont do it that way!. Eat three small meals a day less meat things of that nature!. God bless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes!. your depriving your body of energy!. and just so you know, when you starve yourself your body goes into "survival" mode and holds on to fluids and fats since it doesnt know when or where its next meal will be coming from!.

also, even if you do lose weight the minute you cave and start to eat again you will gain significantly more weight becuase youve convinced your metabolism to hang on to all sugars and fats!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should eat 4-6 meals a day!. Drinking water all day is very good for you but ur starving your body from things it needs!. You dont have to eat anything big!.!.!.small meals every 3-4 hours a day is the best!. Eating breakfast is good too, but you shouldnt starve ur body, becasue it needs energy to make it throug the day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, it's bad!. You cannot sustain yourself through the day by only eating breakfast!. You need to add a few more smaller meals throughout the day, like having some veggies for a snack or a small chicken breast in the evening!. You won't gain any weight if you add in small, healthy meals throughout the day!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, it is very bad, and i think you know this!.
you need to be drinking a ton of water, a good breakfast, PLUS a few more small meals throughout the day (4-5) they should be about 200-300 calories each!. also, you need exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, that's bad!. Having only one meal a day will slow down your metabolism a ton and you'll start packing on the pounds when your body starts grabbing more fat!. Eat 4-6 medium-small meals a day and calorie count!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ah, i don't even eat breakfast!. I am hardcore!.

No it isn't healthy, and yes I am worse but i know I am not healthy I just don't need to eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
