What can I expect at a powerlifting competition?!


Question: What can I expect at a powerlifting competition!?
How do they classify different weight/age groups and how much should my lifts be over my own bodyweight!? I weigh 155!.!.!.!. It is just deadlifts and bench press!. any advice will be appreciated and best answer will be chosen!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look in bodybuilding!.com forum in power lifting!. You can use the search tools in the upper right hand corner!. I have seen this question a few times!. Looks like Bench (To Chest) Squat (Parallel to ground or below) Deadlift (Without hooks)!. I think they are a social event so have fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should be benching about 250 and deadlift like 300!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
