Running/Bicycling while flexing abs = 6 pack?!
Question: Running/Bicycling while flexing abs = 6 pack!?
I asked this before but didn't get such response!. I did some research, but it just made me more confused!. I'm doing abs exercises like regular crunch, bicycle crunch and Plank!. But If I run or ride my bicycle while flexing my abs while it help define my abs!? Is this true!?

yes while you are flexing your abs you are working them, the best time to flex those abs is all the while, but even if you pull them in while doing weights its working them as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com
